THE Bahubali !!!

I am not sure of superlatives to describe the grandeur experience titled as “Bahubali : The beginning “ . Its probably an experience i have never felt on a big screen . There were times when i watched 300 or gladiator or Benhur but this is something special and more importantly natively different. Its probably a perfect match to Hollywood’s grandeur and Indian cinema’s tales and story telling .This film was weaven like childhood chandamama stories and comic books and showcased on a canvas where it was what a normal person can imagine . After the film , there is only one thing which everyone might say “ Bow to Rajamouli for his vision and execution “ .

BahubaliOne cannot miss such extravaganza on an Indian screen. Rajamouli known for his larger than life characters in the movie has taken this to many levels high .One cannot be nothing; but be in awe of Prabhas’s Bahubali intelligent and physical strength, Shrewdness and Ruthlessness  of Rana’s BhallalaDeva , Regalness of Ramyakrishna’s Sivagami, Loyalty of Satyaraj’s Kattappa, Beauty of Tamannah’s Avantika , Irreplaceable Nazar’s Bijjaladeva and  Subdued anger of Anushka’s Devasena characters . Music by MM Keeravani is probably the biggest asset closely followed by VFX . Never before on an Indian screen was such a idea was constructed to such close perfection.

Spoilers below :

1The goosebumps start when Sivagami calls “Parameshwara “  while asking to save the child ;  raises a level when Bahubali lifts SivaLinga and places under falls ;   gets a fast tempo when the avalanches start and Bahubali- Avantika escapes in a James Bond style , moves on to another level of cinematic experience when a living king gets his statue erected with crowd chanting his rival’s name loud & reverberating , makes the heart rush when Katappa takes Bahubali foot on his head , pumps up when Sivudu screams “Nenu evarini ” , gets us stuck to the seat watching the war strategies, war weapons, war commands , takes us to the battlefield with Bahubali and Bhallaladeva , ends only when the stamp of SS Rajamouli appears on the screen.

Ramya Krishna reminded Neelambari of Narasimha and did a one level above performance with “ Ide naa maata, Naa maate Shaashanam “ . Rana cannot be acknowledged in words and we cannot even think of anyone who can does this character so awesomely ferocious . That two glances Anushka gives when katappa calls her mad and when crowd chants Bahubali are enough to make her impact in the film. Tamannah sizzles as the warrior princes and gets us awestruck when she starts pushing the sword into solider’s heart  I dont know how can one portray Bahubali with so intensity and so subtlety as Prabhas can . There cannot be words for this performance .

VFX made sure our fantasies are as fantastic as possible with background music backing the vision so awesomely that we are in a different world and traveling in a universe called “Bahubali “ .

There are some moments in movie where you cannot stop applauding the storytelling craft of the director and gets enthralled in being part of an experience never before. No one else can put an item song in such a film making it so beautifully choreographed, that tight moment you know when Bhallaladeva leaves the rope but that cannot be the end  , that second you know if Bahubali kills Kalakeya , story would be too plain , that subtle humour between Bahubali and Bhallaladeva which can go wrong and many like that

War scenes makes you revere the film with the weapons you can only imagine , strategies you can only envision and action sequences choreographed like you cannot even think of. And he made it to draw inspiration from lots of things we know ; having Devasena captured like Sita and not giving up hope  , Kalakeyas as some kind of Rakshasas (Or as Wildings from Game of Thrones ) , Bhallaladeva as ferociously strengthy as Ravana or Dhuryodhana , Kattappa as ever obedient Bheeshma (or as slave warriors of Game of Thrones ) .

Rajamouli has ensured people be interested and wait with more excitement for next installment by having the unthinkable twist at the end .

Jai Mahishmathi !!! Jai Bahubali !!!

14 things learnt in 2014 – An ode to an awesome year

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair

– from “A Tale of Two cities ” of Charles Dickens.

These are some insights i gained during various scenarios encountered this year .

  1. You can get almost anything done if you don’t care who gets the credit.
  2. Vocabulary can change the direction of a discussion . Use right and higher level words and turn the discussion to your side.
  3. “Money can buy happiness. If it doesn’t make you happy then you are not spending it right”.
  4. If there is a good cause thousands  will work towards it with unlimited passion zeal and one must experience it atleast once in a lifetime. #Jp4Malkajgiri Campaign
  5. 1.01 power of 365 is 37.8 – and 0.99 power of 365 is 0.03. Improve a bit everyday .
  6. Don’t try to postpone a deadline. An Approaching deadline makes you do wonders.
  7. You may be happy if you succeed, But to succeed, first you need to be Happy. Being Happy is probably the most underrated trait of human self.

Majestic and Magnificent Hampi – a travelogue

“ With fire and sword, with crow bars and axes, they carried on day after day their work of destruction. Never perhaps in the history of the World has such havoc been wrought, and wrought so suddenly, on so splendid a city, teeming with a wealthy and industrious population in the full plentitude of prosperity one day, and on the next seized, pillaged and reduced to ruins, and scenes of savage massacre and horrors begging description.”

Robert Sewell  in his book "The Forgotten empire"  on the plunder aftermath Battle of Talikota and the downfall of the majestic , magnificent Vijayanagara empire.Folklore says, in the capital city of Vijayanagara , the loot continued for 6 months day in and day out.

Every ruin has a story. Every monument hides more than what it reveals. Every building throws a glimpse of majestical  Vijayanagara times.

10730842_10153357860049829_5958414461527959296_nA view from Matanga Hill of Krishna Temple which was constructed after Vijayanagara empire victory over King of Odisha.

The Vijayanagara Empire  was an empire based in South India, in the Deccan Plateau region. It was established in 1336 by Harihara I and his brother Bukka Raya I of Sangama Dynasty. The empire rose to prominence as a culmination of attempts by the southern powers to ward off Islamic invasions by the end of the 13th century. It lasted until 1646 although its power declined after a major military defeat in 1565 by the Deccan sultanates. The empire is named after its capital city of Vijayanagara, whose ruins surround present day Hampi, now a World Heritage Site in Karnataka, India.

The architecture style has been prominent and inspired later Hindu temple constructions. The empire’s patronage enabled fine arts and literature to reach new heights in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil and Sanskrit, while Carnatic music evolved into its current form.

Sri Krishnadevaraya is most prominent ruler of the empire and presided over the empire’s zenith.Known to almost every Telugu household as Rayala vaaru and the man behind “Rayalaseema”  nomenclature , built the magnificient Hampi . Sri Krishnadevaraya and Tenali Ramakrishna are Telugu’s own Akbar-Birbal twosome.

Our trip started with we luckily getting upgraded to AC 3 tier from SL and getting down at Hospet Railway station (Northern Karnataka ) on the next day morning. We booked rooms in Lakshmi Heritage Hotel (which met our expectations ) in Hampi Bazaar , the downtown Hampi. Hampi is 13 km from Hospet and one can stay in Hotels there. Hampi is one of 15 UNESCO heritage site cities in India and frequented by more foreigners than Indians. We have met people from atleast 8-10 countries from  Europe to Russia to Japan. There are decent enough restaurants serving all kinds of cuisines (Continental, Israeli, Chinese, Indian ) to cater to foreign tourists and autowallahs, roadside vendors speak English ,French,Spanish better than Telugu. One can see guides explaining History coupled with Puranas at the ruined temple sites to foreign tourists.

There are numerous points to visit in Hampi if you get yourselves into listening Autowallahs or guides. We , decided to do one day tour with a autowallah (typically charges 800 INR per day ) and covered some places . Next day explored places on our own. One can skip some places as many are temples, if not interested. One can get a map of Hampi ruins online or can buy a small guide for 10-20 Rs once you land there.

Major sites are Main Virupaksha temple near Hampi Bazaar , Vittala temple where Sun chariot and Musical Mantap is located , Monolithic statue temples to showcase the proficiency of artists at that time,  Matanga Hill for a super sunrise hike , Achyutaraya temple for the photography enthusiasts , Tungabhadra river banks for an awesome early morning hike ,  Hazari Rama temple for some sculptural majesty,  Malyavantha temple for another top view of Hampi, Anjandari hillock for a grand Hampi view , Sunset point for a surreal experience, Kings and Queens buildings mixed with Hindu and Muslim Architecture, and Royal Enclosure and surroundings(Lotus Mahal, Elephants stable)  to showcase how a kingdom existed. Every place has a story ,importance and vitality of its own. We havent covered some we thought would be not so great.

The Archaeological Survey of India museum at Kamalapura exhibits some of the relics excavated and throws light on some of the grand efforts of our archaeologists in excavations which brought the ruins out. The grandeur of the empire can be understood in the literary works of various foreign visitors during Vijayanagara time presented there. It is said that Diamonds , Gold and metals were sold on Streets of Vijayanagara Hampi.

  • Do explore both sides of Tungabhadra river. Unfortunately, the round ‘teppa’ boats are not in use now.
  • Do take the bicycle or motorbike on rent and have some fun in lush green rural atmosphere . The distance between the sites are sometimes more than 5 km .
  • Do take good sunglasses, a head cap and some water bottles for hike trails.
  • Do explore other cuisines in Hampi restaurants.
  • Do take pride in so many foreigners visiting an Indian Heritage place.

  • Do not expect your cell coverage to be present in Hampi .Exception: BSNL.
  • Do not take any winter clothes even during severe winters. Not much use there.
  • Do not expect pictures to do justice to show the majestical nature of Vijayanagara empire.

Travelogue – Lonavla –Matheran

I always wanted to go on a trekking trip or a backpack tour sort of thing and this wish has been completed with Matheran trek.

We , 6 people,  boarded on a train to pune and got down at Pune. Had a delicious pune ka poha as breakfast and took a local train to lonavla from Pune. It took around one hour to reach Lonavla and we went on searching for accomodation . It was such a impromptu trip that we did no reservations and bookings except the tatkal booked pune train tickets 🙂

It was all greenery and moist all around us . We got an awesome old bungalow for economical price but it was little far away from railway station ( Place: Shamiana Lodge ). Tip : Say you are students 😛

Then, we took the hike to Bushi dam which is around 7 kms from our place. Well, we went there for some trekking and hiking 🙂 . It was not much of khaas (special) and was too much crowded owing to the weekend, but the hike was awesome with some awesome views . There was some Lions point nearby which many say is good , but we couldnt get a chance .

10538064_10153052618269829_6373291717630334696_o 10542403_10153044386554829_5182188459906092273_o

Next day, we took a local site seeing Innova and went to Carla caves and Rajamachi point(Also known as Khandala stretch ). Carla caves was good and we got some real good hike on steps on hill top . Rajamachi point provides a magnificient view of Mumbai Pune Expressway with hills and clouds. Tip for prospective goers:  Local sight seeing guys will only consider time for charging . So, you cannot cover all points in 5 hours what we hire them for and overcharging is how they make money for extra time we spent. So, its best to visit only selective points and ignore any temples etc . 🙂

Then, we decided to board for our actual plan , Matheran trek. There are some trains that go till karjat and take Mumbai local till Neral and then take sharecab till foot of Matheran hill. We decided to take a direct cab (costed us around 2000 bucks) to Matheran base as train timings were not convenient for us to get there by dusk.

The road to Matheran base (the place till where vehicles are allowed ) from Neral (Dont be confused with NerUl , which is a posh suburb in Mumbai)  was a ghat road completely filled with fog and was too narrow but was a exhilarating experience with small water falls roadside and people doing road trek.

10549933_10153048616179829_395452473322480751_o

There is a toytrain from Matheran base till uphill but only runs few times every day . We missed the last one for the day . Then we decided to rail trek on the route and that was an awesome experience. It was all raining and fog and we walked for some 5 kms to reach uphill and then couple of hours to find a place to stay. Due to time constraints, we took a place which was shabby deciding to shift next morning.

Next day morning, we shifted to Hotel Premdeep which was too good and economical considering it was not weekend and embarked on our trek plan. Reached Charlotte dam point and had full plates of Poha and maggie as brunch. Thereafter, we have travelled across some great awesome view points trekking almost 18 kms to and fro . The best one was Malang Point and Alexander point . It was worth it. Every point was good and was such a nice walk.

IMG_20140728_140010

IMG_20140729_145944

And after this, it was like we were on heaven . We were literally living on clouds.

IMG_20140728_185446

IMG_20140728_201202

Final day, we took the toy train downhill which was just 30 mins . Its a different experience. We took the sharecab till Neral and take return train from Karjat.

Best part was that my Idea mobile was not having signal for full two days and i was cutoff from the world with a digital detox. There are no ATMs on Matheran , so please take care . You can use horses for transportation uphill. Dont miss the toytrain.Best season to visit is Monsoons.

“Manam”dari lo #ANRliveson

Telugu cinema chachipotundi anukuntunna ee tarunam lo ,  Manam laanti oka ageless, timeless cinema teesina Director Vikram ki, manadariki ichina Akkineni kutumbaniki naa paadabhivandanaalu .

Asalu ilaanti idea raavatam ento, ee idea execution ki Akkineni family oppukovatam ento, eppudu lenanthaga Akkineni chaitanya kooda kummeyatam ento, Nagarjuna tana moosa cinemalaki dooramga oka chikkanaina chakkanaina cinema cheyatam ento gaani, idantha Telugu prekshakula punyam, Telugu kalaamatalli adrustam . Ee punyam aa punyapurushidiki aarti ivvatam kanna goppadi ledu.

This has to be the best performance of Nagarjuna ,just a notch less than  Annamayya. Such movies make a complete actor. Initially i was a little apprehensive of Shriya pairing up but that flashback episode cant be made more perfect. That marriage scene where Shriya jumps onto Nagarjuna has to be the best scene of the movie and can watch movie once again just for this one scene.

***Spoilers below *****

The idea of rebirth of parents and children trying to get their parents together is such a lovely idea and has been presented in such a novel fashion that cant believe this is a telugu movie. The thought of interchanging their names for reel life is such a excellent gesture and +10 marks just for that thought. The confrontation scenes between ANR and NagChaitanya and the scenes where all 3 are present gives you some unknown cinematic pleasure.

ANR just makes screen larger than itself and there cant be a better tribute to the legend than this film. Samantha has rocked the first half with both the variations in character and Nagarjuna has excelled in both roles. There is no doubt that there cant be a better actress than Shriya in emoting with eyes. Nag Chaitanya has matured himself by leaps and this will definitely change his prospects. Cameo by Akhil covered what would have been the missing perfect portrait.

The use of clock tower and symbolism of 14 Feb with similar incidents keeps the cinematic values alive. Music and BGM made sure film is not being overboarded and felt lengthy and brought soothing nature to a wonderful effort. Screenplay has been top notch and this movie has to win award especially for screenplay.

I only wished that there were no paranormal memories to bring Samantha and NagaChaitanya together and there could have been an interesting thread . And just wished there would have been less costly vehicles instead of Audi , BMW and a suzuki superbike clashing in climax 🙂 Its heartening to see such costly climax as a car lover . Nagarjuna –NagChaitanya scenes were a little irritating but were compensated with an excellent story thread of Nagarjuna-Samantha.

This movie will be remembered until there is Telugu cinema just like a Mayabazaar, Gundamma katha , Shankarabharanam etc . No words can justify this effort and this better tribute except #ANRLivesOn.

Proud to be a Telugu Cinema goer and Thanks for this film.

PS-  This is from one of the blog of  a movie journalist .

Someone rightly said, ‘Manam isn’t a movie, it’s an emotion.’ I can’t help but smile at that statement. As a movie, it doesn’t really hook you into believing that miracles happen. But then it transcends everything – doubt, consciousness and soul. That’s the emotion which triumphs in the end. In this case, the film which is playing in your mind is different from what you see. And that’s a clear sign that it has transported you into an alternate reality where you begin to explore what you have lost and why life is the only true miracle.”

1 Nenokkadine – View and Review

First of all, hatsoff to Sukumar and Mahesh Babu for believing in this kind of film making and for all the people who helped make it to a reality. An action thriller with a psychological  disorder angle  is probably the most riskiest movie genre i am aware of. Sir,you have succeeded almost in getting it right in shape. I still remember the goosebumps when i watched Shutter Island or any of Bourne series. The interval bang feeling was same. For the first time, i started thinking and engaging my brain while watching a Telugu movie.

Neno

If only this movie was made in Hollywood, it would have been given rave reviews by people who are criticizing it now. I suggest to dub this movie trimming some parts and release in English. This will get more audience and gets the appreciation its worth. People who believe Telugu movies should be about 1 hero, 2 heroines, 3 dialogues each for them, 4 fights, 5 comedy scenes and 6 songs should avoid this movie at any cost.Do not watch it as a Telugu movie , Watch it as a Movie. And most importantly this movie needs some patience and concentration like some of the biggies of Hollywood. This is not even expected from a Telugu movie which marketed itself as a regular potboiler of action, revenge drama.

The interval bang performance is probably the best interval bang i have seen in Telugu movies.Such a cool composed matured performance from Mahesh and he has leaped ahead in his acting prowess with this. The build up given till Interval episode was outstanding . This itself deserves to be made into a movie. The confusion with hallucinations was handled very pretty well. I should appreciate the guts of a director starting the movie on a very serious note . The fight where Rowdies put knife on heroine was exemplary and one of the best action choreography. Of course Goa episode was slightly lagged , but it was needed to put the point through till the interval. The Bank episode was expected and could have been curtailed a little.

Technical values and production extravaganza were top notch and people dont like the movie too dont contend with this fact. BGM was excellent and cinematography was extraordinary. There are too many interlaying threads in the movie and director managed to conclude almost all. I am proud that we have such a director in Telugu Cinema.

For Fans, Mahesh performance would be remembered for ages. Okkadu, Athadu, Pokiri, Khaleja, Dookudu and Nenokkadine would be his top performance roles.Iam glad that he is taking such risks and encouraged Directors and film makers go beyond the boundaries. The single frame of Gautam and Mahesh running would be a treat for all his well wishers.

1-Nenokkadine-Nizam-Theaters-List

The way that title credit prop was used to interlink with climax is incredible. The way the parents are revealed in the end is probably the most cinematic thing i have seen in Telugu Cinema. First half is mind blowing and puts your gray cells to work . The use of psychological disorder concept for some scenes is mindblowing for any film making enthusiast. The twist of who really are THE TWO is another gem in the movie.Second half was too many twists . The preclimax encounter with Nazar was riveting and best of Mahesh-Nazar chemistry.

Ofcourse, this movie suffers with Making-it-look-like-a-Telugu-Masala syndrome and cannot escape its clutches. Interval bang is one measure of Telugu movies and this looses grip just after interval. The songs are not even required at places and many think that getting rid of Villains is THE END which this movie bursts the cloud .  Movie can be made into two parts ideally. This is a perfect recipe for a mini series. Twists are too many and audience can loose grip over movie if not convinced with one.

Thanks Sukumar, Mahesh and 14 Reels.

PS- I remember seeing Hans Zimmer name in Music section. Can someone clarify what is his contribution or was i hallucinating 😛

13 things i have learnt in 2013

1) Money might not bring you happiness, but will definitely help you not be sad.

2) “The power of money is in, giving it for good”- NRN. Decided to donate 1% of taxable income to charities and these will not be temples.

Why Loksatta

We are at a crucial juncture of our nation where we need to choose the future  In the next  6 months from now, we will see all kinds of politricks to be played to woo the voter base of the country.

Let me present you the my views on party i started admiring a couple of years back and been a relentless follower of it . Starting 2009,politics in my homestate of AP have changed and all parties got back so defensive and so ambiguously ambitious to sustain their survival.Like they say, every adversity provides an opportunity to see the silver lining and help a new force emerge with a sane voice. I will be presenting my case below in a form of Q&A on why you must be supporting a party like Loksatta for better future for ourselves.

TL;DR

If you are already aware of Loksatta and want to be part of the revolution, you can join at http://members.loksatta.org .If you are not in India, you can join Loksatta NRI wing PeopleForLoksatta  and contribute from wherever you are.  Incase of any further questions, you can call up Loksatta at 040-66736672 . Q. Why does someone need to have a political opinion ?

  • Believe it or not, everyone is part and parcel of politics. You have a birth right and a fundamental duty to vote in this country and elect people to make laws  when you turn 18 and have your say in future of the nation. We pay around 50 % of our earnings as taxes directly or indirectly and politicians are supposed to ensure they are used for better good. Its your tax money used for repairing those potholed roads you travel everyday, taking care of water supply , electricity supply and sewage supply for your house, ensuring that your safety is taken care by law enforcement agencies, provides scholarships to your children’s education and much much more .Dont you think its our duty to ensure politics are good and your money is accountable.

Q.  What is the political party i support ?

  • I support Loksatta Party .

lsp2

Q.What is Loksatta Party ?

  • Loksatta Party is founded by Dr.Jayaprakash Narayan , an IAS officer who served as Andhra Pradesh state secretary and his accolades and accomplishments are extraordinary. He started Loksatta as an NGO for electoral and public policy reforms. This wiki page provides you with ton of information and you must look at the party website .This NGO was transformed to a political party in 2006.It can easily be said as a pioneer for clean politics for this new generation.

Q. Why was an NGO turned to a political party when it was doing a good job ?

  • Loksatta NGO was turned to a political party for better good. An NGO has limitations on lawmaking. You can take up an issue , take it to law makers but cannot ensure  steps to be taken to mitigate an issue.  A public society opinion is only considered when the issue is serious and also mostly for political mileages. This was the same reason Anna-Kejriwal led IAC had to form a political party called AamAadmi party by Kejriwal . Rest is all the recent news.

Q. What makes me think Loksatta is better and apart from all political parties ?

  • Loksatta Party has strong ethical principles, extraordinary track record as an NGO,an excellent dedicated cadre and most importantly a practical visionary agenda. In the past 5 years where Dr.JP has been a elected MLA , he has taken up to light on some of the most demanding issues . Search for “Jayaprakash Narayan in Assembly” in youtube and you can see the action first hand. One sample video on youtube. You can check out the 50 guarantees of Loksatta Party for the promises. Please take time to read them. And what not, the office bearers are choosen by internal democracy. You vote who takes care of party.
  • I personally believe that TDP is following Loksatta Agenda these days. Todays Agenda of Loksatta is tommorrows action point of TDP. TDP has taken up the VANPIC issue only after JP raised it in assembly. TDP took up the Farmers satyagraha only after Loksatta led a protest to sell AP farmer produce to Karnataka.
  • A party with good beliefs and vision will always make other parties change. Recent PehleAAP phenomenon in Delhi is the living proof.

Q. What is the work done by Dr.JP in Kukatpally in last 5 years   ?

  • You dont need to do much effort, entire list is collated at http://www.kukatpallynow.com  .  Surajya Movement was done recently to give awareness of good politics. For other tons of Loksatta efforts in last 5 years, you can check out the Activities tab in official website.

Q.What are the achievements in electoral field for Loksatta from its inception as a party ?

  • Loksatta Dr.JP has won Kukatpally Assembly constituency in 2009 polling around 70+  thousand votes. LSP contested the by elections in 2008 and secured second place in Khairatabad and Terlam constituencies in Andhra Pradesh. There have been good number of Local panchayat representatives elected in the recently finished Panchayat elections in Andhra Pradesh. Loksatta has polled around 7.5 lakh votes in entire state of Andhra pradesh in 2009 (thats more than half of Chiranjeevi’s PRP for comparison)  elections with close to 10-12 % in constituencies in Hyderabad and other urban places. And let me remind you that all this wins are by using the legal money given by people, without distributing any liquor or a green note.

Q.What is the stand of Loksatta on Telangana issue ?

  • Loksatta is not against Telangana formation. But the due process has to be followed in a logical ethical manner where all stakeholders are in a win-win situation and nobody looses because of a political decision. More from official website here.

Q. Why couldnt Loksatta perform in 2009  as similar to AAP in 2013 ?

  • Delhi is a mostly urban territory . AP is not. LSP did the strategic mistake of contesting all 294 constituencies inspite of only urban appeal. LSP made a dent in Hyderabad and Vijayawada. Ask TDP , they will tell how LSP made a difference in these urban places.
  • 2) Delhi in 2013 is vexed with 15 year rule of Cong . The only alternative was BJP. It is comfortable to play the game as underdog with only 3 players. AP in 2009 had Cong with YSR launching stellar welfare schemes just before elections in his first 5 year term. PRP was just being launched . TDP,TRS trying to make a living . There was no political vacuum left for LSP. Things in 2014 will be entirely different.

Q. Where all the states Loksatta party is functioning and how can one be a member of it ?

  • Loksatta party currently has strong base in Andhra Pradesh. It is significant in Bangalore and even participated in Karnataka elections securing a very good vote presence. Loksatta Maharashtra has won some panchayats and is the next big thing. Loksatta Tamil Nadu is roaring and hoping to make its presence in coming elections. Loksatta has good number of supporters in Haryana and Delhi.
